祝家贵对本次人才工作作总结讲话。他强调,今年是十三五收官之年,人才引进工作依然不容乐观,2022年学校将面临硕士学位授予点立项达标检查,博士学位占比是检查的硬指标,目前,学校教师博士占比依然偏低,人才引进工作任务紧迫。他对继续做好今年人才引进工作提出三点意见: 一是将高层次人才工作作为今年年度考核的核心指标,要认识到人才工作的重要性,进一步压实责任,充分广泛发挥广大教师引才的积极作用;二要严格按照人才引进程序,规范引才,在学院考核研究提出引进意见的基础上,学校及时召开人才引进工作领导小组会议,尽快研究提出引进意见,做到有序高效;三是各学院要落实专人做好人才服务工作,人事处要做好人才对接服务,加强互动联系,建立常态化联系沟通机制,进一步提升人才服务成效。(文/陶诗龙 图/王震宇 审/陈和龙)
